When will my order ship?

Your new makeup goodies will be on their way to you within 3-5 business days, however most orders are shipped even sooner!

How long does shipping take?

Once you receive a tracking number, your package should arrive in 3-5 business days (within the USA). Please allow up to 6 weeks for international orders (depending on customs clearance).

How are packages shipped?

All orders are shipped via the US Postal Service.

How much is shipping?

We ship internationally! Standard US domestic shipping is $7.95. International shipping is weight-based and calculated at checkout.
FREE domestic shipping on orders over $60, and FREE international shipping on orders over $150!
PLEASE NOTE: Additional customs fees are mandated in certain countries. We ARE NOT responsible for any additional fees incurred by customs.
(Due to strict customs regulations on importing cosmetics, we are currently not shipping to Belgium, Ghana, Greece, Iran, Kyrgyzstan, Mexico, Nigeria, Peru, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Sudan, and the United Arab Emirates. We want every customer to have a flawless shopping experience, so we sincerely apologize about this inconvenience.)

How do I track my order?

Tracking information will be provided via email once your package is on its way!

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We begin processing your order immediately after its placed, but if you need to change it or cancel it for any reason, please send an email immediately to customerservice@ranicosmetics.com and we will do our very best to make the necessary adjustments. Once the order has been fully processed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Which payment methods are accepted on your site?

We accept most major credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payment via PayPal.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, so please email us at customerservice@ranicosmetics.com if you are unhappy with your purchase.

Generally, returns are accepted within 14 days on unused items only. Refunds will be given via the original form of payment, minus any shipping and handling costs. No exchanges.

Do you have any sales or offer any discount codes?
